Spring with a new Tablecloth!

For lovers of purple, this table will be a favorite.

I used Fiesta in Heather, Plum, Lilac, Turf, Forest, Shamrock, Ivory, P-86 Ivory, Fenton Butterfly Rose bowls, Fenton bird, and even some Frankoma pottery. Whew, that is a lot of dishes!

I am participating in Tablescape Thursday over at Between Naps on the Porch.

Wow, that IS a lot of dishes!!! No worries, though, because the end result is beautiful! I AM a purple lover, and I like the way you included so many different shades of it. It can be so tough to "match" purples, so going with shades is always the best solution...and it looks good! Love the new tablecloth, too...in shades of purple!!! :-)

Thanks, Alycia. This is one of my favorites, too.
wish you would add a follower list on your side bar so I could join not just by email, you would increase your followers...secondly, your table is wonderful with the purples and grees, so cool, love the way you have paired all the pretty colors....thanks for sharing, wish I could say I am a new follower, but you have no list...thanks

Gorgeous...When I see green and purple together I automatically think of little nosegays of violets!
I am in Kansas, too...east/central.

You did use a lot of colors, but they work beautifully together. It was fun to examine each shot for a favorite color or item. I particularly like a violet cup and saucer and also a green set.

Annos,
The violet cup is a Fiesta color called Lilac. It had a limited two year run between 1993-1995. It is not rare, but prices for Lilac can run pretty high. It is one of my favorite colors of Fiesta.
