Garlic Naan Chicken Pizza with Roasted Asparagus and Tomatoes
This was yummy! I made Garlic Naan Chicken Pizza with Roasted Asparagus and Tomatoes, using two different sauces--a garlic Parmesan white sauce and a red sauce.
I bought the garlic naan at Aldi! It was very tasty. I made the sauces from scratch. The rest of the ingredients were just roasted.
Assembly of Pizza
Assemble pizza by placing naan bread on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Add sauce, mozzarella cheese and whatever toppings you prefer. Add some fresh grated Parmesan cheese if you like before you put it in the oven. Cook for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.

Creamy Parmesan White Pizza Sauce
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet. Add flour and whisk until mixed
and the raw flour taste is cooked out. Whisk in milk and seasonings until
combined. Add cheese and whisk until melted.
Easy Red Pizza Sauce
Ingredients:
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
½ tsp. garlic
½ tsp. onion
powder
½ tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. salt
Directions:
In a sauce pan, add tomato sauce and spices. Stir and
bring to boil. When it starts to bubble, turn down the heat to a simmer and
reduce for 10 minutes.
As for ingredients, you can add whatever you wish. I roasted my vegetables and grilled my chicken ahead of time. You can use whatever you wish, but cook it first, especially the chicken, because the pizza is only in the oven 8 minutes.
