Mantle-scape

Some habits die hard! I used colored lights on the tree, but I just couldn't help myself and used white lights on the mantle. Simple, yet effective.

The clock on the mantle was a summertime garage sale purchase. Does it work? No, but that doesn't matter; it is still beautiful, and I am pretty sure there is clock repairman in town who can fix it. I just need to get it into his shop. Cost of said garage sale clock??? Brace yourselves--5 bucks, no kidding.

And the statuary. I love using garden statues inside. There is something about the rustic mixed with the classic that makes this look very elegant. Throw some greenery in the mix, and wow, what a dreamy mantle.
