Salsa Time!

Pico de Gallo

You might be looking at this pic and thinking, "Where's the cilantro?"

After I took the pic, I realized I forgot the cilantro, not to worry though, it has been remedied.

This recipe made a big batch of fresh salsa. You can adjust the ingredients if you like.

Pico de Gallo

8 tomatoes (fresh summer tomatoes are the best)
2 jalapenos (seeded if you don't like it HOT!)
3/4 of a red onion
2 tablespoons of cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
salt to taste

Dice everything in a small dice. Add all diced vegetables together. Add half of lime juice and a little salt. Taste it! Add more juice and salt if desired.
