Crockpot City!

It is too hot to cook, so I have been utilizing the crockpot quite a bit lately. This dish was a little spicier than I thought it would be, but I might try making it again with a different sauce. It was very easy to make.  I served mine dish with Italian Green Beans.

Hawaiian BBQ Chicken


4-6 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
1 bottle Hawaiian style BBQ sauce (I used Archer Farms brand)
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained (you can use crushed pineapple instead of chunks if you like)


Place chicken, sauce and pineapple in crockpot.  Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken when done. Serve over rice.
