Pink-tober

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, both a time to support those going through the trauma of cancer and to reflect and honor those who have made it and conquered the beast. Thinking of those impacted by this horrible disease and hoping for a cure!

For this table, I used a vintage tablecloth in shades of black, gray, and a very pale, pale pink for the background. The dishes are Post-86 Fiesta in rose, p-86 gray, and vintage gray, pink depression glass, Fireking, black depression glass, crystal, and various other dishes, such as the pink leaf candy dish.

Check out my table and other tablescapes at Between Naps on the Porch.

Hi, Dish Dude! Your tablecloth is lovely with the black floral on white. The Fiesta china is wonderful with the black, white, pink and gray. I love the bowl with the flowers. Your tribute to the Breast Cancer firght is so thoughtful. I didn't post this week week but enjoyed your post!
