A Chilly Day Makes For a Chili Night


2 lbs. ground beef
1 can RO*TEL Chili Fixins'
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Brooks Mild Chili Beans
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon chili powder
1 small can of tomato sauce (optional: I only add this if the chili seems too thick.)

Brown ground beef. Add RO*TEL, tomatoes, and beans. Add chili powder depending on desired spice level. Add tomato sauce if it seems too thick. Simmer 30 mins. to an hour.
