Holy Moly, Guacamole!

The secret is...lime!

2 avocadoes, pit removed and chunked
1 tablespoon of cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon of onion, small diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced finely
Juice of half of one lime
1-2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced

Place onions, cilantro, jalapeno, and a bit of salt in a mortar and pestle and grind into a liquidy paste. Use back of spoon and a bowl if you do not have mortar and pestle. Stir mixture into chunked avocado. Add lime juice and tomatoes and stir. Serve with tortilla chips.
