Comfort Food

Tonight's dinner was Tenderized Pork Cutlets, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and Green Salad. It is easy to make and always satisfying.

Take the pork cutlets and dredge through flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Serve on fiesta!
