Happy St. Patrick's Day

It is almost time for the wearin' of the green. Remember those elementary school days when you would get pinched if you were not wearing green. Green is a must. Afterall, it is the color of nature. This tablescape celebrates St. Patrick's Day with vintage Fiesta, Harlequin, vintage jadite, and post-86 Fiesta. Erin Go Bragh!

Wait a minute....that pinching because you're not wearing green stuff was supposed to stop after elementary school?!??!?!!! Somebody's got some 'splaining to do, especially my creepy neighbor!!! :-) :-) :-) This is really pretty! The bright colors make it just pop right off the page and create a great atmosphere for dining. That orange is like "the new red" so far as stimulating the appetite, and St. Patrick's Day is a great time to enjoy some terrific food! I love the vessel you have the flowers in. I'm not sure exactly what that is with that extended handle, but it's cool! Fun placemats! I like how they're not perfectly shaped! The pot of gold with each napkin is a fun touch, too! Very nicely done! Have a great weekend!

What a bright and cheery table! You've definitely got the colors in the Irish flag covered! I have similar (if not identical) green glasses that I'm using next week for St. Patrick's Day -- love 'em! Your blog is new to me, and I'm glad to have found you.

Love how you used the colors of the Irish flag on your table. What fun and how bright and cheerful everything looks. I really like your bubble glass (I think it is "bubble" - I always get them confused with "burple" and "boopie"!). That color green is so perfect for St. Patrick's Day. I am delighted to have your recipe - I like one dish meals, too!
