1 lb. ground beef, browned (I usually sprinkle some seasoning salt over the meat while it is cooking)
1 pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
1 can petite diced tomatoes
3-4 cans of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder (use less if you don't like it spicy--sometimes I don't put it in at all and just use salt and pepper)
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Simmer on low till mixture is hot.
I always serve this with whole kernal corn. I am not sure why, probably because that is the way my mom does it.
